SEMA 2012

I went to SEMA last week after we were done exhibiting at AAPEX, amazing as usual - here are a few of my favorites.
Super Clean Porsche 911. Magnus Walker was there on Friday I think, I was hoping to bump into him but  didnt. Check out his blog if you get a minute, amazing guy building amazing cars. (check my blogroll)

This Chevelle comes to me in my dreams.......it was awesome. Sacrilege maybe, but sooooo good.

That's right....wood inserts in the wheels of this Fisker Karma.......do you have wood in your wheels?? I didnt think so.

This was cool, but not really streetable or livable from what I say, bed was about 5 inches deep...still cool though

Why is this not on fire like all the others?

Aston Martin that had quilted suede interior

Camaros are like assholes, but this was a really sweet asshole.....

Cadillac at the BASF booth

Dont know that I would drive a car called a "Catfish".....but hey...pretty sweet anyways

BISIMOTO Porsche Speedster.......sorry for the bad pic - obviously I dont photograph for a living....

Ohio Mile

These are some pics from the last Ohio Mile event from 2012.
Mid 80's Eldarado...I think he ran around 160 something mph.....insane

Old Volvo 142......ran 88 mph if I remember correctly

Gran Torino????

Not as fast as the 247 mph C5 vette..........

Cool Boots.....

Surprising amount of trucks ran at this event!

This was actually a hauler, it was pretty rad.

One of my buddy's buddy's bikes

A lot of spectators vehicles were equally as awesome

The old Fox body in the photo.......I think it went 140-150 or so...sleeper!

This gets me thinking about bad things I should do to my Nissan 720.....

Studebaker

Caddy Coupe DeVille with a Big Block (?) and a turbo that was almost just as big

Camaro, not sure what it ran.

Im looking forward to getting my Suzuki together for this next year. I have to figure out classes and whatnot since I want to run a turbo. I suppose I can contact the ECTA and speak to someone, because the rule book jumps from 750CC to 1000CC I think. Should be a lot of fun!!! Shoot me an email for any hi-res copies of these photos, I'll put up more progressively
